GI Partners is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef.
This position is full time and usually involves 50 hours a week.
Standard operating procedures that include:
food and labor cost management
menu and special creation within the vein of the restaurant's identity
station checks for product preparedness, freshness and quality
butchering/ fish cutting
employee retention, building and mentoring
expo line
staff recruiting
equipment upkeep and managing
open communication with FOH management and Chef
