Las Cruces Tex Mex is a newer restaurant that is looking to continue to build out its strong team. We have a new facility with indoor and outdoor seating and a great private event space. We are adding to our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including staff management and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and control costs through effective inventory management
- Ordering and Inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a kitchen manager
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Proven ability to effectively manage shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Experience with inventory control and cost management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- ServeSafe certified
