The Avenue Pub is looking for a strong experienced line cook for full time work heading into busy season. Applicants should be able to multitask and stay busy while keeping a clean work station while being personable. Compensation is $14 per hour plus tips which come from food sales and average between 5 and 10 dollars an hour. We run a small kitchen crew means cooks; take orders, cook food, prep, bus tables and wash dishes to increase tip share average. We host large parties upstairs with automatic 20% gratuity on any food that is served and that gratuity goes straight to the kitchen.
We are also looking for experienced bartenders who are able to handle high volume while again being personable. $8 an hour plus tips. Beer knowledge encouraged.
Both positions offer health insurance for full time hires.
