Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and efficiency.
- Manage high-volume service with speed and accuracy while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Process payments, manage tabs, and handle cash responsibly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and preparing garnishes.
- Work closely with barbacks, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beverage preparation, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in hospitality or entertainment venues.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (TIPS, RAMP, or equivalent).
