Our ideal candidate balances a vibrant personality with a solid foundation of cocktail knowledge. We offer a great team environment and nurturing, creative atmosphere. We are looking for someone to work four night shifts a week who prefers and can commit to a set schedule, but we're flexible with what that schedule could be. Shifts are typically 6-8 hours. We close at 10pm, and you are rarely out after midnight. We have excellent family meals
Requirements
Have a strong knowledge of house cocktails as well as standard recipes
Work with the bar team to contribute and develop our seasonal menu changes 4x a year
Precision and professionalism under pressure in a high-volume environment
Have a deep understanding of the steps of service in a upscale casual setting
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
