Personal Care Attendant
Seeking someone that is competent to perform assigned daily functions of personal care
for a special needs, young adult male client who uses a wheelchair
Needed the following
⦁ Able to lift and transfer young man 115-125lbs
⦁ Reliable car with room for wheelchair and able to lift him
⦁ Required to pass a criminal background check
⦁ Driver’s license
⦁ Social Security Card
⦁ Current automobile insurance
⦁ Not a sitting position (client goes out to shop, doctors, gym etc.
⦁ Worker cannot come to work sick
fixing daily lunch
Applicant must give 24 hour notice if wanting time off unless there is an illness
compensation $16.31 per hour-10am-6pm
