About the job:
Our pediatric dental office in the heart of Old Metairie is seeking an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. Our office provides quality, individualized dental care to infants, children, and patients with special needs in a supportive, safe, compassionate environment. We maintain a primary focus on prevention and education for the entire family. Our team members are friendly, talented and system-oriented. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, a four-day work week (with potential increased hours in the future), competitive pay, and benefits. Preferences include: Dentrix experience, Spanish speaking

- Have an EDDA certification (this is a requirement)
- Will provide chairside assisting for pediatric dental patients
- Will provide other activities including administrative tasks, marketing, supply ordering, and maintenance

Your history likely shows:
- At least 1-2 years experience in a dental practice
