It would be great if you have at least 6 months professional experience working for a lawn service doing 15+ yards a day, but if you don’t have experience and you have the initiative to learn and become a pro, that is nearly as good as having experience.
You must have your own transportation to Slidell.
You must be able to make it through an entire day in the heat.

$100-$140/day starting off. That is show up for 700, be cutting by 8am, knock off around 5-6.
I’m stressing. The more experienced, the more loyal, the more you’ll make.
Must bring drivers license, fill out employment agreement, stipulating pay, etc, and fill out w-9 for 1099 to be filed pre-tax season following year.
Seeking 18-35 years of age , able bodied,Can take the heat, team player . Be willing to take suggestions in stride, and follow instructions directly.
Can work throughout the day with little to no stop time except between properties.
One gas station stop in morning, fill up. 30 min lunch between 12-2 depending on schedule.
Hours are 0730-1800.
Arrive around 0700.
Depart 0730-0800.
Lunch- (15-30 min stop around noon)
Knock off-1730-1800.

$135-$145 /day starting off ( WITH COMMERCIAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!). Going up to $160-$180/day with potential/experience.
Negotiable after first week, or tbd by Supervisor or owner.
Must be proficient with weed eater (string trimmer) backpack blower, and possibly ztr.
Landscaping, pressure washing, storm cleanup, and other various landscape management tasks may be part of the daily routine.
Must have valid dl.
Must be able to work the hours listed above, and agreed upon in employment contract.
Payday Monday morning, upon arrival.Calculated from prev week hours. Outlined in employment contract.
Rain outs, and special circumstances determined situation specifically. Extra hours will sometimes be available. Weekend work/overtime will be outlined/determined in employee contract.
Many other things to discuss, but basically you show up to work, work, don’t complain, work hard, get along with other team/crew and have a productive day is mostly all that is asked of you.
Be punctual.
Don’t curse in front of customers.
Have a positive attitude.
Drug free policy.
Communicate well.
Preferences: 18-35 year old. Live in or CLOSE to Slidell, or have RELIABLE transportation to Slidell daily. Preferably have a VALID DL. You may be asked to drive, etc. Be available 5 days a week.
Bonuses are given to crew members that stand out and try to go above and beyond; if you show up on time every day during the week, and do all tasks asked of you with no complaints. Can range from $20-100/week. This is at the sole discretion of the boss.
Pay rotation is Fri,Monday Tue, Weds Thu- cut.
Fri-Thu. So start on a Mon- check will be from Mon-Thu that week, paid END OF DAY Friday. Time starts over Fri morn. So on and so forth.
