Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. Will be responsible for make readies, turns and work orders.
Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Duties include:
Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Appliance repair
Cleaning up the grounds at our communities
HVAC repair and preventative maintenance
Painting and Dry Wall Repair
Snow Removal in Winter Months (If applicable)
HVAC certification a plus but not required
Other duties as assigned
Valid Drivers License, personal transportation and valid automobile insurance is required.
