12-WEEK GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION AND CONSERVATION JOB TRAINING and CERTIFICATION PROGRAM WHICH INCLUDES:
Work Readiness / Soft Skills Workshop
Green Jobs Training in Construction, Green Infrastructure, and Conservation
Certifications: NCCER, OSHA 10, FORKLIFT CERTIFICATE, Stormwater Management, TWIC (fee voucher)
Construction/Green Infrastructure Internship Placement
Job Placement Assistance
Career Exploration - Employment and further training, college & GED Program Referrals
Through our Earn and Learn model, participants can earn up to in stipends, incentives, paid internships during the training + post-graduation incentives.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18+
Must be able to provide copies of Valid/Current Photo ID, Social Security Card,
RSVP and attend info session
Participate in interview
Must be able to attend classes Mon-Thursday from 8:30am-4:00 pm and 8:30am – 1:00pm on Fridays in Mid-City area of New Orleans.
