We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeper to help care for a large, well-maintained home occupied by a couple in their 60s. No children at home and no pets. This is a respectful, stable household looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping things organized and clean.
Hours:
24 hours per week. Can be 3 full days or 4–5 half days, as long as the schedule is consistent.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Routine cleaning and upkeep (main living areas are used daily, but home requires full-house maintenance)
- Laundry, folding, organizing, and ironing as needed
- Changing bedding and linens
- Maintaining an orderly, tidy environment
- Occasional deeper cleaning tasks
- Minimal outdoor/patio tidying (no yard work)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20/hour
- Earned paid vacation (pro-rated at full-time equivalency)
- Long-term, ongoing position preferred
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping experience (private home experience strongly preferred)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
- Able to work independently and maintain consistency
- Must have reliable transportation
Start Date: Mid-to-late December (flexible).
