Seeking a full-time groundskeeper for a condominium community in Metairie. Job duties include picking up trash in and around the property, keeping the dumpster area clean and free of debris, upkeep of the property laundry room, fitness center, two pool areas and two doggy parks. You will be required to vacuum the hallways on a regular basis. The groundskeeper is responsible for walking the property parking lot and hallways and reporting any violations to the manager. Any other duties as assigned by the manager. Some maintenance skills-painting, changing locks on gates, some moderate lifting, changing light bulbs, exterior and interior, highly preferred. The property consists of three buildings, with three stories each, and 200 units. Must be able to tolerate heat and cold and be able to walk stairs consistently as the property does not have elevators. This is a fulltime job with an hourly pay and no health benefits.
