Help Wanted: Handyman
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and improvements on residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Handle drywall patching, painting, and general upkeep of buildings.
Inspect and troubleshoot issues to ensure properties remain in good condition.
Assist with appliance repairs, door/window adjustments, and general handyman tasks.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a related field.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
