HOW ARE YOU AT CLEANING?
We are looking for a part time cleaner. Flexible hours. Paid biweekly. 10-20 hours per week. $18/hr. We provide all supplies. You are expected to have your own tools/vacuum cleaner. We reimburse for mileage.
We are a small, local apartment management and restoration company and we are looking for a cleaner to clean our vacant apartments, office, and warehouse. Past experience as a professional cleaner is helpful but NOT required.
You must-
Be really good at cleaning. (Not, “clean” like when you were a teenager; clean like your grandma does it.)
Be willing to clean gross things (old refrigerators, abandoned apartments, etc.) Not every job will be disgusting, but some are.
Have a car or use of a car to get between job sites. Buses or bikes will not suffice to carry supplies.
Be able to work independently.
Be able to download an app and put it on your phone. We need to see where you are so we can reimburse for mileage and know how long it takes you to complete jobs.
Be able to clean everything from an occupied house to a dirty workshop.
Have 2 references.
