Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Asset Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting commercial kitchen sites throughout the United States, tagging assets, and accurately recording asset information. Your work will play a critical role in helping our clients maintain an organized, up-to-date inventory, essential for their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to commercial kitchen locations within the designated area.
Identify and tag kitchen assets, including appliances, equipment, and tools.
Record and document asset details, such as model numbers, serial numbers, and conditions.
Enter asset information into our inventory management system.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Report any discrepancies or issues with asset data to management.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines while on-site.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus.
Previous experience in asset management, inventory control, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a commercial kitchen environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Valid driver's license
