Prospected vendors should be able to do the following tasks depending on their scope of work:
Landscaping (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services)
Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset)
Evictions
Trash outs
Repairs and Rehab Work
Roofing work (Major & Minor depending on the scope of the work)
Mold Remediation
Drywall Repair & Replacement
Property Inspection with adequate number of photos and bids for all the damages
Interior Painting/Appliance repair or replacement work
Payment Terms:
We pay every week using direct deposit method.

Must Have Valid Aspen ID (Which is must for MCS orders)
