Job Description: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our fabrication process.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload reinforcing steel materials from trucks
- Facilitate the operation of cutting and bending machinery used to fabricate reinforcing materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist fabrication team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Conscientious about daily attendance as most work is done on a team
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Safety-conscious mindset (employee safety is very important)
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $13 per hour
- Pay increases will be based on performance evaluations at one, three, and six month intervals
- Two weeks of paid vacation per year
