Highly skilled embroidery artist wanted to execute large scale non-automated sewing machine embroidered art pieces. You will be trained in the artist’s techniques which include free-motion embroidery and fabric appliqué. An artistic eye and advanced sewing skills are required. You must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, communication skills, acute attention to detail, take direction well, and be able to meet deadlines.
You will be working full time (40 hours per week) from home with a flexible schedule. Please submit a cover letter explaining why you’re interested in this position, your related work experience, examples of your sewing work and artwork created from direct reference, preferably in color.
