Your Role
We’re bringing on 6 sales/marketing professionals. One will rise to become Partner, overseeing the team and shaping our executive structure.
Responsibilities:
- Sell creative design + construction services to local and national clients
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Contribute to brand promotion and lead generation
- Collaborate to develop sales systems, pitch decks, and campaigns
- Potential to lead HR, internship programs, and scale new departments
Requirements
- Proven sales or marketing experience (verifiable training or results required)
- Strong communication + interpersonal skills
- Consistent access to transportation, a phone, and a mobile computer (laptop preferred)
- Ability to dedicate 40+ hours/week to marketing and sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
Compensation & Structure
- Initial Position: 1099 contractor, 100% commission-based
