The Operations Manager (OM) will collaborate with staff in the management of the Womenâs Centerâs facility, including program implementation, and volunteer coordination; serve as a representative of the Women's Center, work with outside vendors, manage the upkeep of the building and grounds, and create reports. The OM must have an eye for detail, updated computer skills and good people skills. The OM should uphold the vision, mission, and core values of the Womenâs Center and contribute to positive morale. This position will generally work weekdays, 9am to 1pm. With advanced notice, hours may vary, based on evening facility needs. Please send COVER LETTER and RESUME.
