We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Line Technicians (RLTs) to join our ABA therapy team.
Job Summary:
The Registered Line Technician (RLT) will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to using evidence-based practices in their day-to-day work with individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of ABA Therapy:
- Deliver one-on-one direct ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
2. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and the effectiveness of interventions.
- Assist in analyzing data to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective implementation of practices.
3. Support and Training:
- Provide support and training to clients and their families in ABA techniques and strategies to promote generalization of skills.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions, progress notes, and data collection.
- Prepare regular reports on client progress for review by the supervising BCBA.
5. Professional Development:
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RLT certification and stay current with ABA best practices.
- Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
- Current RLT certification (Registered Line Technician) or equivalent in the field of ABA.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate and patient approach to working with clients and their families.
