This position will provide administrative support through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and application to ensure efficient operation of the office and operational goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support and assist the Branch Manager and Superintendent through a variety of tasks
Perform clerical duties to include but not limited to copying, faxing, mail distribution and filing
Greet visitors
Enter employee timesheets for weekly payroll
Perform data entry with accuracy
Assist in resolving any administrative problem
May assist with overflow work from other departments when needed
Answer phones promptly and use good judgement to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner
Requirements:
2+ years hands on administrative support experience
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Knowledge of standard operating office equipment
Must be able to complete tasks accurately and deliver with high quality and in a timely manner.
High School Diploma required, college courses will be preferred
Construction background a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and excellent organizational skills required
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to handle multiple projects and activities seamlessly
Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service-attitude at all times.
Ability to work with confidential documents
Ability to work alone and in a team environment
Dependable and self-driven

Hourly rate of pay will depend upon experience, paid on a weekly basis
