Established and centralized legal and real estate businesses seek an executive assistant/administrator/project manager initially part time as we move into Phase 2 post Covid, building to full time through the summer. You will have your own individual contained office in compliance with CDC office guidelines.
Duties will include:
General office administration
Light book keeping / payables assistance
Client interface and assistance
Office building and tenant operations assistance
Project execution and management
Project research and creation of presentations
Minimum educational requirement is Associates degree or at least 2 years of 4 year university degree completion required.
At least 1 season of office experience is required.
Experience with excel, social media management, and accounting programs like quicken are helpful.
