As an Assistant Property Manager with 1st Lake Properties, you will :
Showcase your superb sales and customer service skills, and help provide an exceptional living experience for our residents while aiding in exceeding residents expectations.
¾Assistant Property Managers lease apartments to prospective residents and provide superior customer service
¾Coordinate the apartment make-ready process
¾Complete leases and related paperwork
¾Actively participate in the marketing of the apartment community to attract new residents
¾Work some weekends
What we are looking for in our Assistant Property Managers:
¾Confidence to lease apartments at fair market value
¾Ability to close the sale
¾Knack for addressing concerns of current residents in a friendly and professional manner
¾Office and administrative experience
¾Structured, reliable and consistent performer
¾Professional and determined demeanor at all times
¾Multi-tasking skill set to efficiently coordinate the apartment make-ready process
