Key Responsibilities:
Support the Real Estate Broker in daily operations, including assisting in showings.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Manage schedules, appointments, and documentation.
Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings and client outreach.
Ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
Requirements:
Must hold a Louisiana Real Estate License.
Proven experience in customer service.
Exceptional phone and people skills; personable and professional demeanor.
Timely and highly organized.
Reliable transportation is a must. The job will include office work and meeting clients and vendors at properties.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in real estate software and tools.
Schedule:
Flexible hours, typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work.
Office is located in the Uptown area with most work in the historic districts of New Orleans, but occasional work throughout the rest of the metro area.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary, with the potential for commission bonuses based on performance.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Start Date:
Available to start immediately.
