Looking for the right person to join our team as a part-time assistant manager at a beautiful clothing boutique on Royal Street. Flexibility in schedule required.
Baseline qualifications
-Prior retail experience
-Excellent customer service skills
-Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, POS and SquareSpace
-Skilled in Social Media such as Instagram and Facebook
-Outgoing and personable
-Excellent communication skills
-Motivated to make sales and develop client database
-Knows how to organize, prioritize and maintain efficiency
-Task-oriented, self-motivated and capable of taking direction
-Available to work flexible hours
-Love for fashion and knowledge of current trends
-Merchandising and visual skills preferred
-Immediate availability preferred
Duties include but not limited to:
ª Maintain Client Database
ª Maintain Inventory Database and organization of inventory
ª Website Inventory Management
ª Update Social Media regularly
ª Actively seek ways to improve and advance the Brand
ª Reach daily sales goals
ª Maintain organization and style of boutique setting
Must be polished, professional, friendly and personable. Must be 18 or older.
