Help Desk / MSP / and Sr. Computer Server and Network engineers needed.
ParaTech, a well established leader in the technology based services and one of the largest technology firms in the area has an immediate opening for a help desk / msp / junior tech in the New Orleans market.
We also have one opening for a Senior, well seasoned Network and Server Engineer.
ParaTech is looking for an energetic, task oriented team members to fill roles for multiple ongoing projects in the region. This position will report directly to the technology director.
These positions are tailored for those with superior verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and an innate ability to work as a team. ParaTech is well positioned in all technical aspects of technology, managed services, industrial telecom and multi technical disciplines. Some positions could require working at heights and some travel.
A requirement for the MSP positions is to be trained in a major technology discipline (Such as A+, Microsoft, Linux or Cisco to name a few) and 1-3 years of experience. Major opportunities for advancement for the right attitude. Previous field support experience a big plus.
For the Sr. Engineer, training and certification in a major technology discipline (Such as Cisco, Microsoft, Linux or Others) and 3+ years of experience. Relevant experience accepted in lieu of current certs.
There may be some random travelling as we support the Federal Government, as well as the Energy Sector (Oil and Gas in the Gulf of Mexico). This is not the norm, but can be required from time to time.
These positions require supporting experience and associated technology, an agreeable demeanor and a commitment to Total Quality methodologies.
