About the Role
We’re seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to help New Orleans residents access free wireless services through the Lifeline program. You’ll represent Thrive Mobile at community events, local businesses, and neighborhood gatherings—meeting people where they are and helping them stay connected to essential voice and data services.
This is active, community‐facing outreach work. You will engage directly with residents, explain program eligibility, and guide them through the enrollment and activation process in a compliant and customer‐focused manner.
About Thrive Mobile
Thrive Mobile is the world’s first healthcare‐focused wireless provider, using mobile connectivity to close the digital divide and improve healthcare access across the U.S. Through the Lifeline program, Thrive Mobile delivers free or low‐cost essential wireless services to eligible customers. With a mission grounded in accessibility, compliance, and community impact, Thrive Mobile is enabling a more connected and healthier America.
Compensation Structure
This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is paid as a flat event‐based stipend determined by the length of each scheduled outreach event. Compensation is not hourly and is never tied to the number of Lifeline enrollments submitted.
Event‐Based Stipend Examples
4‐hour event → $60 stipend
6‐hour event → $90 stipend
8‐hour event → $120 stipend
Event stipends reflect contractor experience level, reliability, documentation accuracy, and consistent adherence to program standards.
Opportunities for Advancement
Contractors may be eligible for advancement to higher stipend tiers based on:
Consistent compliance with program rules
Accurate application and documentation submission
Reliable participation in accepted events
Professionalism and customer engagement
Advancement is not based on enrollment volume. Contractors retain full control over which events they accept.

Able to stand or walk for extended periods during events.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs for tents, tables, signage, or outreach equipment.
