Well-known local growing company in the Harahan area is seeking someone to join their team to help with sales and customer service!
Schedule will be Monday-Saturday: (Monday-Saturday: 8:00AM-6:30PM). The schedule will be rotating. This position willnotbe working every Saturday. Pay will be $36,000 plus monthly and EOY bonus This company offers a very competitive benefits and retirement package.
Duties of the Self Storage Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
outside marketing and networking.
generating referrals and building relationships.
answering multi-line phones and greeting customers.
gathering customer needs.
social media marketing, email blasts, etc.
monthly newsletters.
Requirements and qualifications of the Self Storage Customer Service Representative:
3+ years of administrative/customer service experience
Self-storage experience HIGHLY PREFERRED!
Flexibility with work schedule
Bachelor's degree is preferred!
Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word/MS Excel)
experience with Constant Contact or a mass email software
MUSTbe very friendly and comfortable with cold calling and building business relationships!
will like variety in job duties and staying busy.
MUST be a good communicator (both verbally and written).
MUST be a hard worker, a team player, and eager to learn new things!
