Role: Oil Change and Tire Technician

We're now looking for someone to join us as an Oil Change and Tire Technician. This position is perfect for both experienced individuals and those new to the field who are eager to learn. Your Responsibilities:

Conduct oil changes, choosing the right oil based on the car's requirements.

Perform tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, and replacements, to ensure safety and efficiency.

Communicate effectively with our team and customers about the services being performed and when they can expect their vehicle to be ready.

Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety standards meticulously, particularly for warranty services.

Inspect vehicles thoroughly before and after services to uphold our quality standards.

Promote and follow the company's safety policies to ensure a secure workplace.

We're Looking For:

Prior experience with oil changes and tire services is a plus, but not required. We're prepared to train the right candidate.

A basic understanding of automotive maintenance and a desire to expand that knowledge.

A valid driver’s license.

A commitment to learning, improvement, and adapting to new methods and technologies.

Ability to use or learn to use the tools and equipment necessary for oil and tire services.

Physical ability to perform the tasks required for automotive maintenance and repair.

Automotive service certifications (like ASE) are valued but not mandatory.
