Lilliput Little Things is a handmade jewelry business specializing in novelty earrings. We are looking to add a full-time team member to help with gluing and carding, beginning ASAP through the end of January, with the possibility of a position continuing after January.
Craft Assembly is a position requiring attention to detail and fine motor skill and stamina. You will be gluing small pieces together, which is repetitive, close work. It is important that the work is quick, neat and consistent. We also need help putting earrings on cards. You will communicate with other team members to ensure that work is prioritized. We all work in an office space together, so friendliness and a positive attitude are essential.
This job requires no customer service or public-facing duties. You may dress for comfort, listen to podcasts or stream television as you work, as long as it does not interfere with duties or bother other employees. A full time position requires 32 - 40 hours of work per week. Days and start times are flexible and evening or weekend hours are available.
Candidates will come in for a trial shift of 1-2 hours, paid, and learn how to glue earrings. Please include in your response a date and time you are available for a trial shift before 11/15. We look forward to hearing from you!
