Building: Donaldson Building, 2601 N. Hullen St., Metairie, LA
Compensation: 30 Hours Per Week - $540 (Paid as Independent Contractor - autopay or check - whichever you prefer)

Experience with repairs/general maintenance/lawn care
Tools and reliable transportation
What you will do as a Maintenance Technician/Janitor/Lawn Care
Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
Prepare vacant units for move-ins
Clean Restrooms daily (5 days a week)
Most work is at one property in Metairie - sometimes (rarely) sent to other properties
Keep parking lot, area around building and grass cut
In general, keep our tenants happy by keeping the place clean and responding to tenant and owner requests
