Fabritech Inc. is currently taking job applications for a PART-TIME installer/awning technician position in our company. Job involves installing and servicing fabric awnings, canopies, and signs. Job may also involve shop help. Normal work hours are Mon-Fri 7:00am - 4:00pm. This is a part-time position that would be for full days of work at a time when the work is available. It could lead to full-time employment.
Qualifications:
-Must have exterior construction knowledge and experience.
-Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and understand drawn plans.
-Be able to field-fabricate on occasion where necessary.
-Must possess a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.
-Be able to operate drills, saws, and other power tools in a safe manner.
-Be able to safely work from stepladders and extension ladders.
-Be able or willing to learn to safely and efficiently operate and work from lift equipment.
-Be responsible, reliable, and courteous.
-Be able to professionally interact with customers.
-Must be able to prioritize, and work well with others.
-Must have a valid drivers license.
-Must be willing to cross train and work with other positions in the company.
Compensation:
-$14-$18/hr
-Earn up to 15% performance bonus on top of hourly rate.
