Minimum three year relevant ironworking experience required in the field for industrial projects
Previous or current certification in welding preferred but not required
Positive attitude, good character, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
Reliability in reporting to work
Willing to work some out of town
Willingness to work overtime as required, including Saturdays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, and work in extreme temperature and weather conditions
Must possess reliable transportation
Must be able to work well with a diverse group of employees
Candidates must be drug-free and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
