We are currently looking to fill one full time position. We are a growing real estate company and we manage close to 400 apartments/condos around the New Orleans area. We need a general maintenance/painter to do minor plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance work.
The position is forty hours a week Monday-Friday. We supply the necessary equipment and vehicle. If you have your own tools/equipment that is a good thing as it means you have experience, you would be welcome to use them however they are not necessary for employment.
We are a group who works together and it is important that you be able to adapt to the many changes that can occur in the work day, every day has the potential for change and development. We provide a service to both the property owners and the tenants and it is important that you be able to be respectful to both and portray the company in a positive light, you are an ambassador for the company when on the clock.
This job requires applicants to have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. We follow an employee hand book, have a drug free policy and require employees show up on time both mentally and physically fit to work.
We pay bi-weekly with direct deposit, offer holidays off, earned paid vacation and an IRA that the company will match up to 3% of annual pay.
