The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking Make Ready Technicians at our established apartment communities in New Orleans and Metairie, LA.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all vacant units are ready prior to move-in by completing necessary services and repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor requests, preventative maintenance and repairs.
Monitor physical condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling.
HVAC experience in a PLUS.
Must be dependable and have own transportation.
