Well established metal fabrication job shop for heavy industrial and marine applications seeking additional teammates.
Fast paced, dynamic job shop. A team environment. The team will support you but ideal candidates will grow into integral and self sufficient teammates as soon as possible.
Ideal candidates for fabrication would have some metal forming or fabrication experience, be familiar with press brakes, plate rolls, angle rolls, shears, etc., math and layout involved, etc. or be willing and demonstrate the ability to learn. (These attributes are not required to be considered for employment.)
There are several opportunities for skilled trade labor as well. Folks willing to be turned on to any number of in house building projects painting, framing, general carpentry, restoring industrial windows, roof/gutter maintenance, general facility and equipment maintenance, etc.
This is a small but growing company and we all wear a lot of hats. Must be willing to be productive and busy, willing to work/master multiple disciplines, willing to stop one job to start a different job that's more urgent. There's plenty to be done; ideal candidates are self managing and looking for work to be done, asking for clarification, and running with it from there.
Pay in all cases depends greatly on experience, performance, and tenure.
