Job Summary: 
As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission-critical role involves working on a variety of technologies, including catalytic oxidation, wastewater clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), and filter press separation.Duties & Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performanceConduct critical and preventative maintenance and calibration activities on equipmentTake samples and support the Lab FSR in performing analytical testing such as: pH, COD, DO, Ammonia, ATP, TSS, 30-min settling tests, Phosphorus, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirementsSupport the Lab FSR in reviewing lab data and making appropriate process changes based upon plant conditions and laboratory resultsUtilize a forklift as needed for plant operations purposesMonitor, adjust, and maintain chemical injection systemsSupport the maintenance team in maintaining inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement partsCarry out mechanical, electrical, and control troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentationCreate and maintain site documentation, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performedConsult with shift lead and site managementEnsure contract compliance with volume and quality specificationsMeet customer access requirements to sitesOther duties as requiredData interpretation, record-keeping, reporting, and critical decision-making skills
