Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in residential units and common areas.Perform general maintenance, including carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, appliance, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.Complete preventative maintenance and inspections to identify and address issues proactively.Prepare vacant units for occupancy.Maintain grounds, landscaping, and common areas, including seasonal cleanup.Ensure compliance with safety standards and report/correct hazards.Maintain work orders, maintenance records, and inventory of tools and supplies.Provide professional customer service and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
