Description Robert Half has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant with our client in Shreveport, Louisiana. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities including front desk operations, commercial leasing, customer service, and client interfacing. The successful candidate will also need proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Key responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction Handle commercial leasing activities, including negotiations and agreements Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues Perform receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks such as document creation, data entry, and spreadsheet management Interface with clients, providing information and assistance as needed Contribute to the overall operation of the community center, ensuring smooth and efficient processesRequirements Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role Knowledge of office procedures and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications Experience in commercial leasing is a plus Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to continually learn and develop new skillsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
