Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior–Associate Director level Campus Program Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to the General Manager, Construction, and the broader leadership team, playing a central role in guiding a large, multi-phase data center construction program. Acting as the primary liaison between the owner organization and all project delivery teams, this role ensures seamless coordination, transparent communication, and consistent alignment across a complex project lifecycle. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Support day-to-day operations for the campus construction program and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.Drive planning and execution of deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning.Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.Facilitate cross-functional communication between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.Manage schedules, trackers, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, and technical delivery.Ensure all project changes are thoroughly evaluated, documented, and approved.Monitor compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across the program.Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain alignment with procurement processes.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.Track and report on KPIs for schedule adherence, budget performance, and quality metrics.Support leadership in preparing for executive reviews, governance sessions, and stakeholder meetings.Maintain accurate and timely communication of program status to all stakeholders.Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project execution.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, documentation, and communication workflows.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
