We are expanding our Property Preservation operations in Shreveport, LA, and right now have a property in Coushatta, LA. We are looking for an individual or crew that can perform maintenance on properties under management. We have properties ready to assign, right now. We are looking for people that can follow our process and have their own tools/equipment. Experience is great, but we will train the right people. Work includes, but isn’t limited to the following:
1. Grass Cut
2. Initial Inspection Securing
3. Winterization
4. Securing
All work will require use of a smartphone to take photos, to verify completion of work. We will provide training material to show what specific photos are required for each job. To start, we will pay the same week that you provide sufficient photos, showing work was properly completed. Please reply to this ad and we will send you our vendor application.
