Lead Carpenter I Position: $25-$30/hourly rate to start during evaluation period and rate will increase based on proven experience. Average pay is $36-$40 after proven skills:
- Has transportation and tools to be able to work independently or lead a helper on a job.
- Will be responsible for working independently on small punch list items.
- Will be responsible for guiding a helper to work along and help with everyday tasks.
- Has proven knowledge of general framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation and trim out.
- Will be responsible for talking directly with customers on small decisions and direct customers to the office for larger decisions.
- Will be responsible for contacting subcontractors to schedule and line out their tasks, following up with subs to make sure tasks are completed.
We are need of someone who can run a small crew and perform on site work. Depending on skill level, pay can increase as determined.
