Sales - Take responsibility for selling and meeting sales goals.
New Accounts - Sell new accounts and develop sales leads.
Direct Sales Products - Sell additional rental services and direct sale products to existing customers based upon need and meet assigned goals.
Price Increases - Obtain contract renewals as assigned by Service Manager. Continually re-sell company to ensure price increases meet goals.
Customer Service & Delivery - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Increase Productivity - Counsel the customer on how to increase the productivity of their uniform program.
Problem Solving - Communicate all problem situations to the customer with a plan on how to eliminate the problem. Request aid and assistance when necessary from the Service Manager.
Goodwill - Develop a good relationship with each customer by proving for their needs and finding a solution.
Material Cost - Be responsible for the money, company property, inventory, vehicle and equipment used daily. Assist in controlling material cost.
Driver's License - Valid Drivers License and clean record.
Climb - Climb in and out of a truck while carrying product.
Climb & Carry - Climb stairs carrying product up to 75Lbs.
Temperatures - Withstand extreme temperatures in summer and winter.
Oral Communication - Effectively express oneself in individual and group situations.
Written Communication - Clearly express ideas in writing and in good form.
