The Project Manager Assistant/Client Login Specialist supports the lab in servicing clients to meet the laboratory mission.  Position is Full time, Mon-Fri 7:30am4:00pm with  occasional Saturday Mornings.  overtime as needed.Must live a commutable distance to Auburn, Maine and have a background in Environment or the Sciences.   This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a customer service position.Compensation is $20-22/hour (DOE) This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a laboratory and grow with the organization. Essential Office Duties and Responsibilities:Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate party.Greeting clients and accepting samples.Maintain inventory for office supplies, replenish, stock and keep clean and organized.Maintain office machines such as fax, copier, scanner, and call for service when needed.Ensure paper and toners are available for general use.Responsible for postage meter/scale and postmarking outgoing mail.Project Management AssistantProject Set UpSchedules courier or field sampler, if neededConfirms non-Eurofins Environment Testing America subcontract labs are on the approved list and set up as vendors for existing workGenerates accounting software requisition when sending subcontract samplesSample ReceiptReviews log-inGenerates subcontract paperworkSends client sample receipt confirmationReviews draft invoiceConfirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded inLIMS for invoicingReportingCreates and issues final report by client due dateIssues final data packageState reporting forms and submissionData uploadCompiles case narrativeLogin Client Support SpecialistRegular attendance and punctualityCollect samples from on-site drop boxUnpack shipments and document receipt of sampleOrganize and record samplesData entry into LIMSMaintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeepingPhone and email correspondence with clientsReview analytical reports quickly and accuratelyScan and send out reports in a timely mannerAssist with customer servicesHandle interactions with walk-in clientsConduct all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerform other duties as assigned
