We are looking for a hands-on and systems-thinking Consultant who can design, build, and operate a centralized Account Management Cockpit. This role requires a combination of structured thinking, tool competence (especially SharePoint & Power BI), and communication skills to bridge between Delivery, Backoffice, and Account Management.You will lead the creation of an integrated cockpit that brings together contract (SOW) tracking, resource assignment views, commercial KPIs, and open staffing requests into one usable workspace – directly enabling better account visibility and decision-making.What you will be doing:Cockpit Structure Design & OwnershipSupport the design structure and architecture of the Account Management Cockpit (SharePoint-based)Define data models, lists, libraries, naming conventions, and tagging strategyCoordinate setup with IT / SharePoint Admin if neededEnsure alignment with account needs and reporting requirementsContract & SOW ManagementCreate and maintain a contract metadata tracker with key info (status, value, dates, renewal)Build automated views to highlight expiring contracts, missing approvals, and key milestonesIntegrate SOW documents, amendments, and notes into a centralized document systemResource & Request VisibilityBuild and maintain dashboards to show current assignments, day rates, utilization, and roll-off riskStructure the list of open staffing requests and ensure visibility by aging, status, and ownerDefine reporting logic (e.g. "time-to-fill", "average day rate by account", "bench allocation")Dashboarding & KPIsDevelop Power BI dashboards (or Excel-based alternatives) for internal and client useDefine and maintain key KPIs: SOW status, margin view, onboarding efficiency, fill rates, etc.Collaborate with backoffice to align on available data sources and sync routinesStakeholder Collaboration & GovernanceServe as go-to person for cockpit usage, structure feedback, and change requestsRegularly engage with Account Leads, PM Leads, Finance, and Talent AcquisitionPrepare content for weekly governance calls, monthly reviews, and reporting packs
