Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Cost Manager (m/f/d) to join our Data Centre team in Frankfurt. With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.Responsibilities:Pre and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.Completing feasibility studies and writing procurement reportsEstimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost planTendering and procurement activity, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report and compiling the contractual documentsTaking responsibility for timely and accurate cost checks and valuationsProducing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the clientInterfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesParticipate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processesPerform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accountsMaintain central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects and contribute to updating of best practices in estimating
