For our Frankfurt team, we are looking for a Digital Support Specialist (m/f/d) - someone who enjoys helping our agent network get the most out of our digital systems, approaches technical problems with a solution-oriented mindset, and helps us improve our processes over time.In this role you are the interface between our real estate agents, HQ colleagues and external partners. You make sure our digital tools work reliably day to day, answer technical questions, and spot opportunities to improve systems and workflows.Main responsibilities:First point of contact for agents and HQ colleagues on technical questions about our digital tools and systemsManaging user accounts and access rights across our core systemsHandling support requests and following tickets through to resolution, coordinating with the relevant internal and external contactsMonitoring the functionality and data quality of our CRM, and managing the publication of property listings on relevant portalsTesting new features, updates and system changes, and channelling user feedback back to the responsible teamsIdentifying manual or inefficient processes and helping to optimise themMaintaining our FAQs and writing short how-to guides and tutorials for our users
