You will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's analog design strategy, ensuring world-class designs, engineering excellence and enabling sustainable business growth through innovative semiconductor solutions. Key responsibilities include:Defining and executing the long-term Analog Design strategy aligned with business objectivesLeading, mentoring, and developing leaders, and engineering teams across global sitesOverseeing the complete analog IC development lifecycle from concept through production readinessDriving technology innovation, development excellence, and continuous improvement initiativesEstablishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with design houses, universities, foundries, OSATs, and ecosystem partnersManaging budgets, resource allocation, capability development, and organizational growthInfluencing product portfolio decisions, technology roadmaps, and business case developmentRepresenting the company in industry forums, conferences, and strategic technology networks
