As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on all matters related to labor law.Advise management and HR teams on complex labor law issues, ensuring compliance with labor law regulationsDraft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, workplace policies, and collective bargaining agreementsRepresent the company in labor disputes, litigation, and arbitration proceedingsConduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal opinions on labor law mattersMonitor and analyze changes in labor legislation and case law, providing updates and recommendations to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies and policiesProvide training sessions on labor law topics to management and employeesManage external legal counsel when necessary and oversee their work
